Our current tanning solutions have been manufactured 'fragrance free'. Any
odour you may notice is from the ingredients of the solution, and is quite
pleasant and not 'over-powering'. There is no
objectionable smell as the tanning agents react with your skin.

Does the tanning lotion stain clothing?
The instant bronzers in the tanning solutions may rub off.
However tanning solution will
wash out of most garments, but may stain silk, nylon, wool and leather. If
unsure you should test on a small section first.

How much solution
will be used for each spray tan?
For a 'full body tan' you should use around 40 to 60ml.
This will depend on a number of factors such as body size, equipment being
used and the operators technique.

How long will the tan last on the skin?
This depends on your lifestyle, skin type, preparation, application and
after-tan care. One application should last from 4 or 5 and up to
7-10 days as this is how long it takes for the uppermost layer of your
skin which has the tan to naturally exfoliate. Frequent use of a
moisturiser or our TanX tan extender and moisturiser will help prolong
your tan

How do I flush out the HVLP
Spray unit?
Simply fill the solution container with water and spray.

How long should I allow for solution to dry?
Allow approximately 5-10 minutes of drying time before getting dressed.
Drying time may vary based on how heavy the application is. You can
speed this up by using the heat setting on our HVLP unit and blowing air
only, or with a hair dryer if you are short on time.

How long should I wait before taking a shower?
For best results, we recommend you wait at least 6-8 hours before showering,
or working up a sweat, for the active tanning ingredients to fully absorb. Even
better, overnight. (Standard sunless tanning solutions. Not Rapid Tan)

Will I see bronzer come off
when I take a shower?
Yes you may, but all your tan does not wash away
the moment you wash off in your shower. The active sunless tanning
ingredients will continue to work with the amino acids in your skin to provide
a lasting tan.

I applied the CelebrityTan solution in my bathroom, how can I clean the solution
from my bathroom surfaces?
Our solutions can be cleaned from bathroom surfaces with ordinary
household cleansers. However, it is recommended that you use some form of
spray cubicle to catch the overspray and place a dark
towel beneath your feet to catch any mist that drops down.

What is DHA?
DHA is a solution that causes the proteins in the
outside layer of your skin to react with the oxygen in the air resulting
in a bronzing effect. This process allows the DHA to work with your skin’s
own tone to create a natural healthy and even looking tan.

Will the Tanning solution provide sun protection?
The Tanning solution
does not contain a sunscreen and will not protect your skin against
ultraviolet light.
